Tamara Butter holds an LL.M in both European Law and Public International Law from the University of Amsterdam. She conducted her PhD research into asylum legal aid lawyers' professional ethics in practice at the Radboud University Nijmegen and spent time as a visiting scholar at the City University of London and the American Bar Foundation in Chicago.
