Blood Debt

Nedra Daniels is a vampire turned against her will after the horrific murder of her best friend by a rogue vampire. As a daywalker she must pay a debt to her Sire either through 100 years of servitude or 100 kills as an assassin. When her sire assigns her 100th kill, Nedra is given the task of finding and executing the murderer of the Cardinal Vampire of Philadelphia. She and her ex-vampire lover, George, go to Philadelphia to solve the case, but are instead confronted with a surprise: the vampire who killed her best friend is not only alive, but serving as the interim Cardinal! After she attacks the interim Cardinal and is banished from the premises, Nedra enlists her best friend, a death witch, and her lover Erika to assist her with the case. Together, they stumble upon a conspiracy that will forever change the way the vampire world is run. Will they be able to find the killer and stay alive, or be killed for what they discover?
