Carnage in the County

How can he fix an entire county when he's the most broken? Sheriff Elven Hallie is a shell of himself. He's lost everything. His house, his Jeep, his girl. But most of all, his reputation. When an entire library full of people is massacred, Elven is forced to pull himself together to catch the killer.
