Frankie is a happy and powerful goat angel who lives in the heavens. Able to hear voices, thoughts, and feelings, Frankie is ready to help when needed. On this day when he hears the voice of Oscar, he stops chewing his heavenly space grass and listens carefully. Oscar, a little boy from the earthly village of Woe, wants to pursue his dream of telling stories, not work in a coal mine like his father.
