Being little isn't always easy. Just ask Carly. Sure, she gets to take fun trips with her parents and older siblings. She even gets extra hugs from Grandpa. But when it comes to understanding the strange way grownups talk, some kids - especially Carly - are SO confused! Carly is excited about her family's vacation to the Big Apple. Most apples she'd ever seen were small enough to fit in her hands, so this would be a real treat. Imagine Carly's disappointment when all she sees are tall buildings, lots of cars, and crowds of people. THIS couldn't be the Big Apple. But it turns out it's just a silly nickname for a place called New York City.
