Touch of Spring

Diana Claiborne returning to America, leaves her husband, Sandy, in Rome to make arrangements for the transfer home of his father's body, killed in Italy in a car crash. While he is fighting his way through governmental red tape, Alison, a young English actress arrives on a similar mission - her mother had died in the same accident. It transpires that the relationship of the respective parents was more than that of co-tourists, and, aided by the ingenious and charmingly unscrupulous Baldassare Pantaleone, circumstances indicate that a parallel situation will inevitably develop between Sandy and Alison.
